Answers that make the platform easier to evaluate.
A practical guide to Mozaca demos, product access, partner rails, controls, compliance workflows, and production launch paths.
Demos and access
How institutions evaluate Mozaca before committing to a pilot or integration.
What happens when I request a demo?
We ask for the product you want to launch, the rails involved, your operating region, the controls you need, and who needs to trust the outcome. The walkthrough then focuses on the relevant surfaces: wallets, transactions, transfers, token details, treasury operations, partner dependencies, and evidence exports.
Is Mozaca self-serve?
Not yet. Mozaca is built for institutional and partner-led launches, so access is staged through a qualified walkthrough, sandbox review, pilot, white-label integration, or custom infrastructure engagement.
Can we see screenshots or a real product flow before a sales call?
Yes. The website uses approved screenshots from the actual Fedha and Zent product surfaces where available, plus controlled demo states for flows that still depend on a specific client, market, provider, or partner environment.
Products and platform
What Mozaca provides across wallets, treasury, rails, and digital-asset operations.
Is Mozaca only three products?
No. Fedha, Hazina, and Zent are named product surfaces, but Mozaca is broader than three apps. The platform also covers wallet infrastructure, treasury workflows, rail orchestration, compliance workflows, APIs, reporting, and custom financial infrastructure for partner launches.
What does Fedha cover?
Fedha is a white-label mobile money platform for telcos, banks, and licensed e-money issuers. It covers branded customer wallets, send-money flows, merchant tills and paybills, agent float and cash-in/cash-out, admin operations, BI, developer APIs, reconciliation, reporting, and audit evidence.
What does Hazina cover?
Hazina focuses on business treasury: accounts, vendor payments, approvals, FX windows, reconciliation, settlement visibility, close workflows, and reporting packs.
What does Zent cover?
Zent is a white-label digital-asset operations platform for fintechs, remittance teams, and regulated operators. It covers branded customer wallets, conversion and payout journeys, partner payout connectivity, approved digital-asset routes, developer APIs, compliance review, client admin, Mozaca ops, reporting, and audit evidence.
Rails and partners
How Mozaca fits around banks, payment providers, mobile money, settlement partners, and approved asset routes.
Does Mozaca replace banks or payment partners?
No. Mozaca is the operating infrastructure around those relationships. It helps partners make bank routes, payment providers, mobile money paths, approved asset rails, status changes, and reconciliation visible inside one product model.
Does Mozaca hold customer funds or issue digital assets?
No. Mozaca is the operating infrastructure around approved partners and providers. Where digital-asset routes are part of a customer workflow, Mozaca keeps the provider, policy, asset metadata, controls, and evidence visible through the platform.
Can Mozaca support more than one rail in the same product?
Yes. Multi-rail operation is a core part of the platform logic. A product can involve bank transfers, payment providers, mobile money, partner APIs, and approved digital-asset routes with a shared status and proof model.
Controls and compliance
What buyers need to trust across production movement.
What does Mozaca mean by proof around money movement?
It means operators should see the control state before approving action: roles, limits, counterparty status, rail availability, signer requirements, KYB or KYC state, risk signals where relevant, ledger impact, receipts, webhooks, and exports.
Are compliance workflows included?
Mozaca can support KYC, KYB, sanctions, transaction monitoring, review logs, Travel Rule workflows where applicable, and evidence exports through platform workflows and partner integrations. Exact obligations depend on the product, jurisdiction, licensed partners, and launch model.
How do approvals work?
Approvals are modeled around roles, thresholds, counterparties, product surface, and rail type. A treasury transfer, customer wallet action, and digital-asset movement can each carry different review requirements.
Engagement and delivery
How a partner moves from conversation to scoped implementation.
How does scoping work?
After a scoping call we send a written proposal with deliverables, timeline, and named engineers. If the scope changes, we document the change explicitly, in writing, and only with your sign-off.
Who is Mozaca built for?
Mozaca is built for institutional partners: banks, regulated operators, fintechs, wallet teams, payment platforms, treasury teams, and digital-asset teams that need production-grade infrastructure rather than a generic landing-page product.
How fast will you reply to a brief?
A senior engineer reads every brief and replies within two business days with scope, timeline, and next steps — or with an honest 'this isn't us, here's who you should talk to.'
Working with Mozaca
How the studio actually operates — engagement size, staffing, NDAs, retainers, and what you get when you license a product.
What's the smallest engagement you take?
We typically don't take work under two weeks of senior time — the overhead of scoping, kicking off, and signing reports doesn't make sense below that. If you have a tighter brief, write to us anyway; we'll point you somewhere good if it isn't a fit for us.
Where are you based?
Mozaca Labs is a globally distributed studio. We work asynchronously and use working-hours overlap as the rule that decides who staffs which engagement.
Who actually does the work?
The engineer on your kickoff call is the engineer on your code. We don't do bait-and-switch staffing. Every engagement names its team in the proposal.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Mutual NDA on request, before any technical detail is shared. For audit work we also publish a redacted summary only with explicit written approval from the client.
Do you take audit-only engagements?
Yes. Smart contract audit is one of our three core services. We deliver a signed report with reproducible findings, severity ratings, and remediation guidance — and we re-test after fixes.
Will you build on a chain we choose, even if it isn't your favourite?
Within reason. Mozaca's review model is strongest around EVM, Solana, Cosmos, and Stellar. If you bring a brief on a chain outside our working depth, we'll tell you up front and either staff the right expertise or refer you out.
Do you offer ongoing retainers?
Yes, when the initial engagement has a clear handoff path. Retainers are scoped monthly around a named workstream, and either party can end them with 30 days' notice.
Can I license Zent, Hazina, or Fedha?
Yes. Mozaca supports controlled-access walkthroughs, scoped pilots, white-label paths, and API-led deployment models for Fedha, Hazina, and Zent. Production licensing depends on product scope, jurisdiction, rail partners, and compliance review.
Are your products regulated?
Where regulation applies, production access must clear the relevant licensed or partner-backed path. Fedha mobile-money deployments and Zent digital finance corridors are licensing-, partner-, and jurisdiction-gated, with specifics shared during diligence rather than implied on the public site.
Share the product surface, rails, region, and controls you need. Mozaca will route the conversation around evidence first.
